Return Material Authorization (RMA) Procedure

Download the RMA Form at our website or make a request for it through our Customer Service Department at +65 6483 6089 Ext. 825. Complete this form and submit to us at:

Once the RMA Form is received, our Customer Service Representative will contact you with an RMA number. Upon receipt of your RMA number, please ship the repair unit to:

A copy of the RMA Form with the RMA number MUST BE INCLUDED in the box(es) along with the returned unit.  Please do not send units of the failed equipment without an RMA number.

If the repair unit is out of warranty, an initial cost of USD250 for evaluation check would be chargeable. We will evaluate the returned failed equipment and send a repair quotation to the customer, who is required to issue us with a Purchase Order, in order for us to proceed with the repair. The estimated turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of the Purchase Order for RMA.

In the event that the component or module is permanently unavailable due to obsolescence or any other reason, we shall provide a price quotation for replacement of the equipment with the same or functionally equivalent model within 14 days upon receipt of the equipment.
